hzgy Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hzgy platform and all services provided under it. By creating an account on hzgy, playing any game, participating in sports betting, or using any other service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

hzgy reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are significant, reasonable advance notice will be given to users where possible. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register on the hzgy platform and use its services. Providing a false age at the time of registration may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same identity documents will result in those accounts being flagged as duplicates, and hzgy reserves the right to close all such accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. hzgy may request supporting documents at any time if identity verification is required. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is your own responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the hzgy platform:

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of any fraudulent, dishonest, or unusual financial activity, hzgy reserves the right to suspend the account, cancel the transaction, and take legal action.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at hzgy, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳10,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, it becomes withdrawable after ৳12,000 in wagers have been placed.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions — please read the relevant terms before accepting an offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected (such as arbitrage betting or constructed play), hzgy reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on hzgy operate on the basis of fair play. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is free from any external interference or prediction.

5.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or server failure during a game, hzgy reserves the right to review the relevant round or bet. Server-side records will be treated as final.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when participating in sports betting:

• All bets must be placed before the market closes.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded, unless a specific provision states otherwise.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a score or result, hzgy's decision is final.

hzgy's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Higher tiers are reached naturally through regular play. hzgy reserves the right to change the details and specific conditions of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hzgy platform:

• Unauthorized access to, or attempted access to, another user's account
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to participate in games or betting
• Bonus abuse, balance manipulation, or any form of fraud
• Transacting with illegally obtained funds or money laundering
• Seeking out or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other users

In the event of a violation, hzgy may take the following actions: issuing a warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, or legal action. The action taken will be determined by the severity of the situation.

All content used on the hzgy platform — including trademarks, logos, software, gaming interfaces, designs, images, text, and other materials — is entirely the intellectual property of hzgy. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content commercially without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

The rights to content from third-party game providers belong to the respective providers and are used under their own licenses and terms.

The hzgy platform provides services on an "as is" basis. hzgy will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by a user's internet disconnection or device issues
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services or payment providers
• Unforeseen technical problems or force majeure events
• Loss caused by a user's own provision of incorrect information or negligence

hzgy reserves the right to correct or cancel any reward that was issued abnormally or erroneously due to a technical or operational error.
